Description
A CD cover for an imaginary jazz combo. Created as an assigment for a Photoshop course last year.
I lifted the painted shadows and highlights straight (and unaltered) from another deviation I created around the same time (couchycreature.deviantart.com/…}
I found it really interesting because it illustrated to me how shadows and highlights alone can define an object.
On review, in terms of design, there could be a few changes to make it much better, but it is not so important to actually do that, I just need to be aware.
