I love your humor, David, in your picture - it is always there, sometime more directly, sometime in a very subtle way, but it is always there! Did you use a wet edge brush or something like that for the shadow? Looks cool - as if it were painted or something.

oh, and thanks for your comment about humour :) I often sit smiling or chuckling to myself as I work on some of my pieces. I am glad it sometimes get through to a viewer.

Kinga, on one of the layers I seleced the color range of the shadow, filled the selection with grey and then used a PS filter plug-in on the whole layer (Topaz Simplify) with one of the custom filter settings I have created in the past couple of years ...that adds the outline. That layer is set to Overlay, some is erased, and the opacity fiddled with until I am happy with the blend.
